To-Do Tasks (To-Dos)

This is where you can check and process to-do requests, various work/leave/workflow approval requests, and more that arise while using flex, so you can quickly handle tasks without missing anything.

  • In the [Home Feed] -> [To-Do Tasks] list, you can see up to 5 pending to-do items that require approval, sorted by most recent request.
    To avoid missing important tasks, click on a to-do to check the approval request details!

  • Click the O button on the left to force-change the progress status. However, if only the progress status is force-changed, it will remain in an unapproved state, and documents must be approved separately to be completed.

  • In the [Home Feed] -> [To-Dos] menu, you can view all to-do items you've received.

  • [To-Dos] -> [To-Do Tasks] -> Use the [Filter] function in the upper right to view approval items grouped by approval request type. For example, if you want to view work approval requests, click [Filter], then click [To-Do Category], then click [Work Approval Request] to view all work approval requests you've received at once.

  • In [To-Dos] -> [Sent Requests], you can view all requests you've sent to other employees or create new to-do requests.

  • Click on the [To-Do] list you sent to other employees to communicate via comments.

  • Click the three-dot (・・・) button in the upper right of a sent to-do to edit or delete it.

  • Use the sort, group, and filter features to view desired items more conveniently.

    • Sort: Set the sort criteria and order to sort items as desired.

    • Group: Categorize to-dos in your preferred way.

      • When grouped by completion status, items are categorized as In Progress / Completed.

      • When grouped by progress status, items are categorized as Not Started / In Progress / Completed.

    • Filter: Select filters to view only the to-do items that need attention.

      • You can set filters by progress status, deadline, to-do category (work, leave, documents, contracts, reviews, etc.), CC'd person, and requester.


FAQ

How do I request a to-do?

Click [Send to Colleague] in the upper right of the [Home Feed] to select what to send to a colleague.

The following items can be selected:

  • Create Announcement

  • Request To-Do

  • Request Document (Workflow) from Employee

  • Send 1-on-1

  • Send Recognition Message

  • Send Feedback Message

I already completed a to-do but it's still showing in the to-do tasks list.

For to-dos that have already passed or been completed, you can change the to-do to completed status.

Click the O button next to the to-do name to move it to completed, and it will be moved to the completed to-dos list.

Can I batch approve work/leave approval requests in the to-do tasks?

Work and leave approvals cannot be batch approved. Since these items are related to employee attendance and payroll, they are designed so that approvers can review the details and press the approval button individually. Please review the incoming approval requests and approve them one by one.

Where can I check comments on to-do tasks?

Click the [Activity History] speech bubble in the upper right to view comments :)

Can I send a separate notification to employees who haven't completed their to-dos?

A to-do reminder notification feature is not currently available!

In [Home Feed] -> [To-Dos] -> [Sent Requests], view your sent requests, click on employees with [Incomplete] status to send a direct reminder via comments, or request a new to-do.

Can I modify the CC'd person or target employees of a sent to-do?

Unfortunately, modifying the CC'd person or target employees of a completed to-do request is not possible. If needed, please use the method of requesting a new to-do!
