Use the templates and ratings you created earlier to create a review!
You must have review management permissions to create a review.
Step1. Configure Review Stages
Adding Review Stages and Configuring Questions
Let's create a review following the steps shown in the image below.
If your company plans to [run reviews sequentially] — such as Self Review -> Peer Review -> Downward Review — click [+] on the right to add review stages.
After adding a review stage, click the 🔽 button to the right of [Self Review] to change the review type.
You can load the review template you created earlier. Creating Review Templates
Once you have finished setting up review questions, you can configure goal-linked review settings and per-section weighting.
Enabling [Goal Linking] allows you to run a self review as a goal-linked review, as shown in the example image.
Please note that even private goals will have their content visible when conducting a review.
When running a goal-linked review, the questions in each section repeat for each goal.
Enabling [Per-Section Weighting] allows you to set different weights for competency and performance sections within a self review.
If there are questions you want to add or edit while creating the review, click [Add] to add questions.
Per-section and per-question weighting settings apply only to [Quantitative Questions].
To learn more about quantitative & qualitative questions, please refer to the Creating Review Templates guide.
Configuring Review Rating Questions
You can add a [Rating Selection] question to your review questions to link the rating template you created earlier.
The [Overall Rating] is automatically calculated based on the scores (ratings) from quantitative questions at each review stage and the per-section and per-question weights set by the administrator.
What is Overall Rating? It summarizes the results of quantitative questions within a review stage into a single rating.
The rating template used in quantitative questions must always match the rating template for the overall rating.
If per-question and per-section weighting is not configured, the overall rating will not be automatically calculated, and the reviewer can manually select the overall rating. If per-question and per-section weighting is configured, the rating will be automatically calculated, and the reviewer cannot manually modify or select the overall rating.
If you have added an [Overall Rating], you can use the [Final Rating Settings] for the review.
Set weights for each review stage to calculate the final rating.
Through the total score visibility setting, you can choose whether to share the score (in addition to the rating) with the result recipients. The [score] shown here is the actual score the member received, not a rating conversion score.
If you need to share the final rating as well as the review results, configure the result sharing recipients on the right.
Review Basic & Weighting Settings
In the [Basic Settings] tab, you can configure the result sharing recipients for each review stage and whether to reveal the reviewer's identity.
Result Sharing Recipients
Result Sharing Recipients
Review Subject: The reviewee who receives the review
1st-level Manager of the Review Subject: The reviewee's 1st-level manager (includes concurrent position manager if the reviewee holds concurrent positions)
2nd-level and Above Managers of the Review Subject: Managers of higher-level organizations excluding the reviewee's 1st-level manager
(Includes upper-level managers of concurrent organizations if the reviewee holds concurrent positions)
Reference Materials
Reference Materials
You can configure what [Reference Materials] reviewers can view while conducting the review.
Recognition/Feedback: You can reference the recognition and feedback exchanged between members.
Unlike recognition, only the sender and receiver of feedback can view the feedback content.
If you have not sent feedback, you cannot view the feedback a member has received.
Previous Round Review Results: You can view the results from the previous round of the ongoing review.
For example, if a self review and peer review were conducted sequentially before a downward review, the downward review evaluator can conduct the review while viewing the self and peer review results.
Previous round reviews are visible in reference materials regardless of the result disclosure recipient range.
Past Review Results: You can view the subject's past review results.
Past review results are only shown in reference materials if the viewer falls within the result disclosure recipient range.
Sending Reminders to Incomplete Reviewers
Sending Reminders to Incomplete Reviewers
Emails are automatically sent to reviewers who have not completed the review on the configured date.
Weighting settings apply only to [Quantitative Questions]. The weights configured here are used to calculate the overall rating.
Step2. Configure Review Subjects
Once you have finished configuring the review stages, go to Step 2 [Subject Settings] and click [Add Review Subjects].
You can search by name to select individuals, or select by organization/position/job/rank to add multiple people at once. When selecting an organization, you can optionally choose whether to include sub-organizations or only the selected organization.
If the same reviewer writes reviews for multiple subjects, select the reviewer and
use ctrl+C/ctrl+V to copy and paste cells.
If you use [Upload Excel], you can download the review subject/reviewer information for that review as an Excel file.
After reviewing the currently configured review subject/reviewer information, you can add and edit review subjects and reviewers within the Excel template using [Employee ID] as the reference.
Step3. Final Settings
In the final review, you can set the writing period for each review stage, the result disclosure date and time, and also change the detailed settings for each stage!
When creating a review, you can set the result sharing date in advance or configure it later.
You can set whether to send emails and notifications to result sharing recipients on the result sharing date and time.

Can reviewers conduct the review while viewing 1-on-1 content?
If reference material sharing is enabled during the review creation process, reviewer B can conduct the review while viewing the recognition and feedback the reviewee has received, as well as the review results left by reviewer B's previous evaluator. 1-on-1 content is only viewable by the parties involved in the 1-on-1, so reviewers cannot view 1-on-1 content while conducting a review.
