This feature is available when National Pension, Health Insurance, and Employment Insurance settings use Monthly Agency-Notified Amount. Please check your deduction item settings before use.
File Upload
In the deduction items step, select each deduction item → select Excel Input on the right → download the flex template Excel file → complete and save the file → select Excel Upload to upload the file.
Uploading the National Pension File
Do not modify the Excel template format. Deleting rows/columns, hiding, grouping, etc. will prevent the data from being reflected during upload.
Enter data in the corresponding fields starting from row 8 below the sample.
Enter the resident registration number in column A in the same format as the sample (required).
Enter the agency-notified amount in column F.
If there are applicable amounts for columns G through K, enter them as well.
The payslip note field allows you to enter different memos per employee → which will be displayed on the payslip.

Do not modify the Excel template format. Deleting rows/columns, hiding, grouping, etc. will prevent the data from being reflected during upload.
Enter data in the corresponding fields starting from row 6 below the sample.
Enter the resident registration number in column A and acquisition date in column B in the same format as the sample (required).
Enter the agency-notified amounts in column G (Calculated Health Insurance Premium) and column L (Calculated Long-Term Care Insurance Premium).
If there are settlement insurance premium amounts for columns H-I / K-N, enter them as well.
If there are year-end settlement insurance premium amounts for columns K and P, enter them as well.

Do not modify the Excel template format. Deleting rows/columns, hiding, grouping, etc. will prevent the data from being reflected during upload.
Enter data in the corresponding fields starting from row 8 below the sample.
Enter the resident registration number in column A in the same format as the sample (required).
Enter the agency-notified amount in column I.
If there are applicable amounts for columns J through M, enter them as well.
