Annual Leave Pay Automation

Updated today

Here's What's Changed

Please review the changes before starting a new payroll settlement.

1. New tabs for active/departed employee annual leave pay appear in payroll settlement.

  • In the 'Payment' step (the second step of payroll settlement), new tabs for Active Employee Annual Leave Pay and Departed Employee Annual Leave Pay have been added under variable payment items.

  • In the settlement template basic settings, set 'Working Hours Input' to [flex Integration].

  • Don't forget to add it to the payment items tab in the settlement template first.

2. Annual leave pay is automatically calculated after settling remaining annual leave days.

  • In [Leave Management] → [Active/Departed Employee Remaining Annual Leave Adjustment], you can settle the annual leave days to be paid as annual leave pay. The finalized adjusted annual leave days will be automatically reflected during payroll settlement.

3. You can easily check the settlement history for remaining annual leave days.

  • The remaining annual leave days calculated for annual leave pay can be easily checked through the [View Details] button. If you want to see details such as actual leave dates used or adjustment reasons, you can navigate to the annual leave adjustment history.

4. The previously used 'Unused Annual Leave Pay' item will be discontinued.

  • The previously used 'Unused Annual Leave Pay' and various custom annual leave pay items created by customers will be discontinued. If needed, you can continue using them through [View Unused Items] → [Reuse Item].

    • We recommend using the newly updated Active Employee Annual Leave Pay and Departed Employee Annual Leave Pay items for the appropriate purpose rather than custom annual leave pay.
