The moment a team member presses the [Submit] button on a receipt, a 'policy violation alert' appears immediately, letting them know their expense doesn't comply with regulations. If there is a valid reason despite the violation, they can review the popup and still submit—giving them a flexible 'choice.'
These flagged items are displayed separately in the admin's 'Review' column, so finance managers can filter and quickly review only the flagged anomalies, saving time!

Step 3. Team member: Review violation alert and choose to submit
If the receipt being submitted matches a rule (violation), a warning modal (popup) saying "Submit with the violation?" appears on the screen.
If you press [Cancel]: The popup closes and the receipt is not submitted. You stay on the same screen and can correct the content.
If you press [Yes, submit]: The receipt is submitted normally, as you've determined there is an exceptional reason.

Step 4. Admin: Gather and review violation records
The submitted receipt is passed to the admin. Admins can easily identify 'which policy was violated' through a red mark on the receipt list and detail screens.
In particular, clicking the [Review Required] tab on the list screen to filter allows you to view only the flagged items, making the review process much easier.
