You can check custom work schedules, leave, birthdays, work anniversaries, days off, and more registered in flex. Use the Home Feed Calendar to view and manage employee schedules and events!
Home Feed Calendar
Click [View Schedule] on the calendar at the bottom right of the Home Feed.
Various schedules are shown based on data registered in flex.
Work: Shows registered work schedules (field work, business trips, remote work, etc.)
Unapproved schedules are marked as [Unconfirmed].
Note: Reasons entered by employees are not synced to [Home Feed Calendar] or [Google Calendar].
Leave: All registered leave is displayed as [Leave].
Unapproved schedules are marked as [Unconfirmed].
Note: Reasons entered by employees are not synced to [Home Feed Calendar] or [Google Calendar].
Work Anniversary: Reflects anniversaries based on the hire date in the employee's profile - HR info.
Birthday: Reflects birthdays based on the date of birth in the employee's profile.
Days Off: Displays days off based on the day-off type applied to the employee.
1-on-1: Shows scheduled 1-on-1 meetings between employees.
Recruitment Interview: Shows confirmed interview schedules between interviewers and candidates.
You can check employee schedules through [Schedule List] -> [Edit] at the bottom right.

Registered work and leave schedules are not showing!
Work and leave schedules may appear differently depending on approval status. Click the three-dot button at the top right of the calendar and check if the [Show Confirmed Only] option is enabled. If this option is enabled, only approved schedules will be shown.
Can't I see the leave type name for employees?
Can't I see the leave type name for employees?
All annual leave and custom leave schedules are uniformly displayed as [Leave]. This was unified to protect employees using sensitive leave types such as infertility or stillbirth leave.
Administrators with employee work and leave viewing permissions can check [Leave Type Name] in the employee work or leave usage history.

Click the list edit button in the upper right. If the [Show Confirmed Only] option is disabled, you can view unapproved leave and work schedules.

Birthday schedules in the Home Feed reflect the date of birth in the employee profile. Go to Employee Profile - Basic Info - Edit - delete the date of birth and save.

Currently, flex only shows work/leave/1-on-1/recruitment interview/anniversary schedules registered in flex. The ability to directly add events like in Google Calendar or other internal calendars is not currently available.

The Home Feed Calendar shows custom work (field work, business trips, etc.) and leave schedules. Public holidays and company-designated holidays added to company days off are separately indicated with a calendar icon next to the date. However, employee days off or weekly holidays due to holiday substitution are not displayed.
Holidays can be confirmed on the employee's work detail screen where dates are displayed in red.

Yes! You can set the viewing option on the Home Feed Calendar to [Week] view to see detailed leave registration times, such as whether full-day leave was registered or AM/PM half-day leave.

Anniversaries displayed on the Home Feed Calendar are based on information entered for each employee. If you want to selectively hide anniversaries, uncheck the anniversary option on the schedule selection screen.
