Setting Up Expense Management Permissions

Admins with expense management permissions will see the [Expense Management] menu in the left sidebar, and can view receipts, review them, and finalize expense management.

Granting Permissions

  • Go to [Settings] → [Permission Settings] at the bottom of the left menu, and grant the following permissions to expense management admins.

    • Receipt Management: View all company cards and receipt details, and review submitted information and expense report documents to finalize expenses.

    • Expense Management Settings: Configure financial institution integration, purposes, policies, etc. (Granting Expense Management Settings permission automatically grants Receipt Management permission.)

  • Create permission groups and assign permissions according to each person's job responsibilities.


FAQ

Can I set the expense menu to be visible only to certain employees?

When using the Expense Management service, the [Expenses] and [Expense Management] menus will appear in the left menu.

[Expenses] is visible to all employees regardless of permissions and cannot be configured separately.

[Expense Management] menu is only visible to employees with the appropriate permissions.
