Admins with expense management permissions will see the [Expense Management] menu in the left sidebar, and can view receipts, review them, and finalize expense management.
Granting Permissions
Go to [Settings] → [Permission Settings] at the bottom of the left menu, and grant the following permissions to expense management admins.
Receipt Management: View all company cards and receipt details, and review submitted information and expense report documents to finalize expenses.
Expense Management Settings: Configure financial institution integration, purposes, policies, etc. (Granting Expense Management Settings permission automatically grants Receipt Management permission.)
Create permission groups and assign permissions according to each person's job responsibilities.
