Pre-Check Before Changing Annual Leave Granting Policy

There are items to check in flex when changing the annual leave granting policy

1. When 'adjusting' remaining quantities after changing from fiscal year to hire date-based policy,

adjustments must be made so that employees are not disadvantaged.

2. When changing the annual leave policy, it cannot be displayed as if the policy changed starting from a specific year.

It is retroactively applied as if annual leave was granted, used, and expired based on the hire date or fiscal year from the beginning.

3. If you change the granting start date to the policy change date, it will not automatically calculate past granted, used, and adjusted quantities, so changing the granting start date is not recommended.

4. If you've decided to change the annual leave granting policy despite the above, please make sure to download the [Attendance Management] → [Leave Management] → [Leave Balance] → [Leave History] report on the left to check employees' granted, remaining, and expired quantities before and after the policy change.
