Checking corporate card, tax invoice, and cash receipt records from financial institutions used to be time-consuming, requiring visits to multiple institutions.
Now, with financial institution integration, you can automatically import corporate card, tax invoice, and cash receipt records. Conveniently manage all the information you need in one place and quickly check all your company's financial records! Currently, card company integration is available with Kookmin, Lotte, Hana, Shinhan, Woori, Hyundai, BC, and Samsung cards.
Integrating Financial Institutions
Go to the left menu at the bottom [Expense Management] → click the [Settings] button in the upper right or click [Financial Instrument Integration].
In the [Financial Institution Integration Settings] menu, click the [Financial Institution Integration] button, then select your preferred integration method: Public Certificate or Card Company ID/PW.
Integrating with Public Certificate
Click [Add New Public Certificate], add the company's public certificate, then click the added certificate.
The system automatically retrieves the list of NTS (National Tax Service) or card companies available for integration. Select the institutions you want to integrate with flex to complete the integration. If you want to add financial institutions not included in the first certificate, please register a new public certificate!
Integrating with Card Company ID/PW
Select the financial institution to integrate, then enter the ID and password. Once the entered account information is verified with the financial institution, the integration is complete.
For NTS integration: Enter the ID and password registered with the NTS HomeTax.
For card company integration: Enter the account with the highest level of access to view card company information. e.g., Lotte Card - Corporate Admin, Shinhan Card - General Admin
Managing Integrated Financial Institutions
Once integration is complete, you can check the integrated institutions in the [Financial Institution Integration Settings] list.
If you need to disconnect an integration, click the three-dot button on the right side of the connected financial institution and select [Disconnect Integration].
If you need to update the login information for a financial institution integrated via card company ID/PW, click the three-dot button on the right and select [Edit Login Information]!
If the account information (e.g., password) of a financial institution integrated via ID/PW has changed but the account information is not updated, records may not be collected properly, so please make sure to update the login information when the financial institution's account information changes!
