Viewing Receipt Records

Updated today

Tired of individually checking and managing corporate card, tax invoice, and cash receipt records? Now, through financial institution integration, receipt records are automatically imported so you can view and manage everything at a glance. You can also easily add records that need manual entry, and quickly find the data you need using view settings and filter features.

Viewing Receipt Records

  • In the [Expense Management] menu on the left, you can automatically import and view corporate card, tax invoice, and cash receipt records from institutions linked through financial institution integration management.

    • Corporate cards: Automatically updated every 1 hour.

    • Tax invoices, cash receipts: Automatically updated every 1 day.

  • For records that cannot be automatically imported, such as personal cards or simple receipts, you can manually enter them through [Add Receipt] in the upper right.

  • Through [View Settings] for each receipt type, you can freely configure the items displayed in the list. Use filter and sort features to quickly find and review the records you need.

  • Click [Select Receipts] → [Download] to download all information displayed in the list and details to Excel.

    • For security, you must set an Excel file password. After setting the file password, click the eye icon on the right to review the password or copy it for use when opening the Excel file.

Batch Receipt Submission

  • In the [Expense Management] -> [Receipts] tab, select multiple receipts from the list and submit them with a single click.

    • When submitting delivery food, taxi, and other frequently used expenses with the same purpose all at once at month-end

    • When finance managers need to process receipts from multiple employees together

    • When batch-submitting monthly recurring payment records

  • Policy violations that may occur during batch submission are flagged in advance.

    • Receipts that cannot be submitted are flagged beforehand.

      • If receipts with unconfirmed transaction dates are included, the number of excluded items is shown before submission so users can clearly understand the situation.

    • Expense policy violations can also be reviewed before submission.

      • Even if selected receipts include policy violations such as exceeding limits, submission is still possible. The number of policy-violating items is shown before submission so users can review flagged items before submitting.

    • Receipts with missing required information are automatically excluded.

      • Receipts missing required information per policy (such as 'memo required') are automatically excluded from batch submission. After submission, guidance is provided for separately processing excluded items.

  • During [Batch Receipt Submission], the requested amount is automatically filled with the total amount of selected receipts and cannot be modified. Also, a 'purpose' that will apply to all selected receipts must be entered to complete the submission.

Can I view all records in the Expense Management - Receipts tab even if I only have expense management permissions and am not assigned as a manager?

To view corporate card usage records in Receipts - Corporate Card, you need to be granted receipt management permissions. In this case, you can view corporate card usage records and tax invoice records even for cards you are not assigned to manage.

It seems like overseas payment records are not showing. What should I check?

Overseas payment records may not be reflected within the same 1-hour timeframe as domestic cards, depending on when the card company processes and approves the transaction. Synchronization occurs every hour once the card company approves the transaction. If records still don't appear after a reasonable time, please contact our Customer Success team through the chat support on the right.
