Submitting Receipts and Processing Other Expenses (Web)

Employees can view all receipts assigned to them at a glance, and conveniently submit them by entering the purpose, memo, attachments, etc. according to usage.

You can also add detailed information such as requested amount or payment request date for each documentation method including corporate cards, tax invoices, cash receipts, etc.

With this feature, employees can process the receipt submission process faster and more accurately anytime, anywhere, making work more efficient.

Submitting Receipts

  • In the left menu [Expenses] → [Receipts] tab, you can view all records where you are assigned as the person in charge.

  • Enter the purpose according to usage, and add users, memo, attachments, and reference documents as needed to submit. You can enter the following additional information for each documentation method.

  • Corporate card: You can enter the [Requested Amount] to be approved by the company.

  • Tax invoice/Cash receipt: You can enter the [Payment Request Date] for payment.

  • If there is incorrect information in a submitted receipt, you can edit it directly.

    • You cannot edit records that you did not submit.

    • Records that have an expense resolution in progress or approved, or are documentation confirmed cannot be edited.

      • To edit, the admin with documentation management permission must first proceed with [Cancel Confirmation].

Processing Other Expenses

You can manually add receipts that are not automatically collected, such as personal cards, personal cash receipts, and simple receipts, to submit all expenses that need to be reported to the company without omission.

  • Click [Add Receipt] at the top right to manually add receipts not automatically collected such as personal cards, personal cash receipts, and simple receipts, and submit all expenses that need to be reported to the company.

  • When adding a receipt, please enter not only the expense information but also the documentation method, transaction date, and merchant.

    • Added receipts are created with the documentation method as Other and are immediately changed to submitted status.

    • Added receipts can only be deleted, not unsubmitted.


FAQ

What cards are shown when selecting [Card Filter] in the Expenses menu, Receipts tab?

  • The card list shown when selecting the [Card] filter in the Expenses menu, Receipt submission tab displays the cards present in that receipt list. For example, if there are no receipts in the Not Submitted tab, nothing will appear in the card filter.
