Now you can easily check the status and policy violation status of submitted proofs, and confirm multiple records at once to reduce review time. Improve work efficiency while complying with your company's expense policies!
Reviewing and Confirming Proof of Payment Records
In [Expense Management] → [Proof of Payment] tab, you can view all receipts submitted by team members at once.
Select [Filter] → [Proof Status] → [Submitted] to view only receipts submitted by team members.
You can review whether expenses were used properly by checking policy violations and requested amounts.
If a submitted entry violates the company's expense policy, a warning icon appears in the [Check] column. Click it to view the detailed reason.
Click the [Needs Review] filter in the upper left to view only entries that violate the company's expense policy.
If the total amount and requested amount differ, you can see this directly in the proof of payment list.
If the proof of payment in submitted status has the necessary information such as purpose and user, you can confirm the expense. Select the entries to confirm, then click the [Confirm Proof] button at the bottom to batch confirm expenses.
If you want to check the detailed information of a submitted proof of payment, click the tab to view the memo, attachments, reference documents, and more in the detailed view, and confirm the expense from there.
If you need to check the details of a transaction, you can expand the transaction information to view it.

For Hana Card, transit card transactions have a characteristic where a single entry continuously updates its amount until 10 days before the payment date. For example, a transit card entry [Bus-001 - 500 won] may become [Bus-002 - 1,000 won] the next day after another payment. To resolve this issue, Hana Card transit card records are not reflected until 10 days before the payment date, and are then reflected all at once.
This is not the same for all card companies—it applies only to Hana Card. Hana Card transit card records will be reflected 10 days before the payment date.
