With the Profile Download feature, you can download an employee's personnel information, appointment history, career information, and education information as a PDF file. If you regularly maintain employee information in flex, you can conveniently manage it without having to create separate personnel record cards.
[Employee Employment Info View] or [Employee Employment Info Management] permission is required. However, if you don't have Career/Education management permission, career/education information cannot be downloaded.
Download Employee Profile
Click [Employees] → three dots on the right [More] → [Download Profile] button.
Select the personnel information, appointment history, career information, and education information to download, then click the [Download Profile] button at the bottom.
A file password and reason are required for PDF download.

PDF downloads are only available as individual downloads per employee. To download multiple employees at once, select employees from the Employees menu and click PDF download.
To download personnel, employment, and contract information for multiple employees in a single file, you can use the Excel download feature. Please refer to the guide below!
