I'm being asked to enter a 6-digit verification code when trying to log in. How do I log in?

Updated this week

OTP two-factor authentication login is a feature configured by your company's administrator :)

If two-factor authentication is enabled and you need to verify when logging in, you need to install a separate OTP app, not the flex app. Please follow the instructions below!

  • Search for Google Authenticator in the Android or iOS app store → Download the app

  • Open the app and scan the QR code.

The QR code below is an example. Please make sure to log in to flex and scan the actual QR code!

  • Enter the 6-digit verification code provided by the app you installed earlier. If the QR code is not visible, click [Go Back] at the bottom of the verification code entry screen to see the QR code you can scan :)

FAQ

When logging in with two-factor authentication (OTP), I keep getting a 'Too many requests' notification and cannot log in.

Regardless of the time, if two-factor authentication attempts exceed 10 times within 24 hours, OTP login becomes unavailable. In this case, please contact your company administrator and request them to proceed with [Reset Employee OTP].
