I Want to Change the Payment Method (Card and Receipt Email)

If you need to change your payment method (card information, receipt email), you can do so as follows.

  • Go to the left menu [Settings] - [Subscription & Payment Management] - check [Billing & Payment Info] at the bottom.

  • Click [Payment Card] to register or change a card.

  • Click [Receipt Email] to change the receipt email address.

  • After changing the email, receipts will be sent to the new email starting from the first billing date.

Can I register a personal card?

Both corporate and personal cards can be registered and used.

Can I register an international card?

Payment services are provided through NICE Payments Co., Ltd. (PG provider). Only international cards supported by NICE Payments can be registered. If registration fails, we recommend registering a domestically issued card instead.

Card change failed (temporarily suspended).

If you see this message when changing cards, it could be one of the following 4 issues. Please verify the card issuer and the registration information again.

  • Password not set after issuance

  • Incorrect password

  • Incorrect personal/business classification

  • Resident registration number (or business registration number) error

Card change failed (password error limit exceeded).

If you see this message, the card's password error limit has been exceeded. Please reset the password through your card issuer, then register again.

How do I get VAT proof for card payments?

A receipt (sales slip) is issued for card payments, which serves as documentation equivalent to a tax invoice.

You can download receipts from the left menu [Settings] - [Payment Management] - [Payment History] and use them for VAT documentation.
