Can I Receive Notifications Before an Employee's Contract Expires?

Admins can receive notifications when an employee's employment contract or wage contract end date is approaching within 1 month.

Employment & Wage Contract End Dates

  • Go to Employee Profile → check the end date in [Employment Contract Info] and [Wage Contract Info].

  • The end date must be set (e.g., for contract employees). If no end date is set, click [Change History] in the upper right.

  • Click [Edit] to add the contract end date.

Checking Contract Expiration Notifications

  • When an employee's employment or wage contract end date is approaching within 1 month, a notification is sent to the admin.

    • Notifications are only sent to admins with [Employee Contract Info Management] permission.

    • Even if multiple employees' contracts are expiring on the same day, only one notification is sent per day.

  • Clicking the notification automatically navigates to [Members] menu → [View List] → [Contract Expiring Soon] on the left.

    • If the [Contract Expiring Soon] view has been deleted, you will be redirected to the full member list.

  • If the view was deleted and you were redirected to the full member list, you can use the [Contract Status] filter on the member screen to search separately!


FAQ

What if both the employment and wage contracts expire on the same day within 1 month?

You will receive 2 separate notifications, one for each contract expiration.

If a notification was sent on Nov 10 about an employee's contract expiring on Dec 10, will I receive daily notifications on the 11th, 12th, etc.?

No. Once a notification has been sent for a specific employee, it will not be resent.
