Admins can receive notifications when an employee's employment contract or wage contract end date is approaching within 1 month.
Employment & Wage Contract End Dates
Go to Employee Profile → check the end date in [Employment Contract Info] and [Wage Contract Info].
The end date must be set (e.g., for contract employees). If no end date is set, click [Change History] in the upper right.
Click [Edit] to add the contract end date.
Checking Contract Expiration Notifications
When an employee's employment or wage contract end date is approaching within 1 month, a notification is sent to the admin.
Notifications are only sent to admins with [Employee Contract Info Management] permission.
Even if multiple employees' contracts are expiring on the same day, only one notification is sent per day.
Clicking the notification automatically navigates to [Members] menu → [View List] → [Contract Expiring Soon] on the left.
If the [Contract Expiring Soon] view has been deleted, you will be redirected to the full member list.
If the view was deleted and you were redirected to the full member list, you can use the [Contract Status] filter on the member screen to search separately!

No. Once a notification has been sent for a specific employee, it will not be resent.
