FAQ

When should business income and other income be reported?

  1. Simplified payment statement filing is monthly

    1. By the last day of the month following the payment month

  2. Payment statement filing is once per year

    1. Other income: By the end of February each year

    2. Business income: By March 10 each year

I completed the business location settings but members without business location settings appear when filing.

If there are members whose business location is not set and you click Save without linking all listed members, the business location settings will not be saved.

Please set up all members in the business location settings, save, and then proceed with filing.
