Simplified Payment Statement Filing

You can file simplified payment statements for business income, other income, and earned income.

To issue simplified payment statements for business and other income, income must be added in the Business/Other Income Management tab. Income Management (Business & Other & Interest/Dividend & Non-resident)

Issuing Simplified Payment Statement (Earned Income)

  • Click [Payroll] - [Tax] tab - [Payment Statement Filing] tab, then click [Download] on the right side of the Earned Income tab in the left menu.

  • After reviewing income information within the [Payment Period]

  • Review the withholding agent information, then click [Download Conversion File] to download the electronic media and file on Hometax.

    • Click [Edit Information] at the top right to modify the withholding agent information and person-in-charge information.

Issuing Simplified Payment Statement (Business Income and Other Income)

  • Click [Download] on the right side of the Business Income and Other Income tab in the [Payment Statement Filing] tab.

  • When you select the payment period, previously added business/other income is automatically loaded. Please review the loaded records!

  • Click [Edit Information] to modify the withholding agent information and person-in-charge information.

  • Click [Download Conversion File] for business/other income simplified payment statements to download them. The downloaded payment statements can be filed on Hometax.

Click the [Excel] button to the left of the Download Conversion File button to download an Excel file. You can also file on Hometax using the [File with Excel] feature with this file.


FAQ

The pay distributed as other income is not showing up in the simplified payment statement!

If payments made as other income are not loading in the simplified payment statement,

please check if the payment is subject to filing!

For example, among personal service income, only lecture fees (76) and consulting fees (79) are included as filing targets.
