Prescribed Working Hours Calculation for New Hires
Prescribed working hours are calculated per work cycle based on the employee's hire date.
For new hires under fixed, staggered, or shift work types: Prescribed working hours = 40 hours × number of working days from hire date / 7 days
For example, if an employee was hired on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, the prescribed working hours are calculated as follows:
24 hours = 40 hours × 3 days / 7 days
Prescribed Working Hours Calculation for Departing Employees
Once a resignation date is registered, prescribed working hours are calculated per work cycle based on the resignation date.
For departing employees under fixed, staggered, or shift work types: Prescribed working hours = 40 hours × number of working days up to resignation date / 7 days
