Companies operating shift work often have cases where weekly working hours vary depending on schedule assignments. For example, one week might be 48 hours and the next week 36 hours, but previously the system only recognized fixed prescribed working hours, making it difficult to accurately reflect actual schedules.
Now, with the 'Calculate prescribed working hours based on work schedule' option, the actual hours assigned in the work schedule can be recognized as prescribed working hours. This allows you to accurately reflect patterns where weekly working hours fluctuate in shift work types.
