Work Types refer to the employee's [work system] as established in the employment contract, including Fixed Work Type, Staggered Work Type, and Flexible Work Type.
Work Policies refer to [work categories] - think of them as field work, business trips, or remote work!
Work Type Settings
Think of Work Types as your company's [work system].
If clock-in and clock-out times are fixed → Fixed Work Type
If clock-in time is a range, such as 9 AM to 10 AM → Staggered Work Type
If work schedules vary by day, week, or month → Shift Work Type
If daily prescribed working hours and clock-in times are not fixed and you [fulfill target working hours within a specific cycle] → Flexible Work Type
Go to [Settings] → [Work Types] on the left to set employee work types.
If no work type is set separately, it defaults to the basic work type.
Overtime and insufficient work hours are determined based on the configured work type, so please assign work types based on the actual employment contract.
