I Want to Manage Tardy Employees (PC, Mobile, Excel)

Updated today

If you use the real-time work recording (clock-in/out button) feature, you can check employee clock-in/out times and track tardiness.

Using the Attendance Dashboard

  • The attendance dashboard is highly useful as it shows various data beyond just tardy employees.

  • Click the [Tardiness] card in [Attendance Management] → [Work Management] → [Attendance Dashboard] to check which employees were tardy within the queried period. The criteria for determining tardiness by work type are as follows:

    • Fixed Work Type: If the clock-in time is 9:00 AM, employees who started work after 9:00 AM

    • Staggered Work Type: If the allowable clock-in time is 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM, employees who started work after 10:00 AM

    • Schedule Work Type: Employees who started work later than the work start time posted by the administrator

    • Flexible Work Type: For flexible work types, there are no set daily contractual work hours or start times, so tardiness is not determined.

Real-Time Lookup in Employee Work

  • When checking on a daily basis, you can identify same-day tardy employees, work omissions, etc. through real-time work records.

  • You can view employees' real-time work status through [Work] → [Employee Work] → [Daily] filter.

Checking on Mobile

  • Check in the [Today] tab → [Work Status], and [Select Employee] to view details.

  • Alternatively, administrators with attendance dashboard permissions can view it in [More] -> [Employee Work] -> [Attendance Dashboard] tab as shown in the image below!

Checking with Daily Attendance Records (Excel)

Download from [Attendance Management] → [Work Management] → [Attendance Report] → [Daily Attendance Records].

  • Among the various fields, check the Clock-In Time/Clock-Out Time/Start Time/End Time.

  • Clock-In Time/Clock-Out Time and Start Time/End Time are linked. If the Clock-In Time and Start Time, or Clock-Out Time and End Time differ, it can be assumed that the employee or administrator modified the attendance record.

  • Interpreting the example report below:

    • 02-06, 02-07: Clocked in at 09:30, clocked out at 18:33. Work graph shows the same times

    • 02-08: Missed clock-in/out via button. Work graph was registered on the My Work screen

    • 02-09: Only clock-in registered via button. Clock-out and work graph registration missed

    • 02-10: Clocked in at 10:00, clocked out at 18:30, but graph was modified to 09:30 - 18:30
