1. The experience of granting compensatory leave and viewing grant history has been improved, and it now automatically integrates with inclusive contracts and payroll settlement.
Compensatory Leave Granting
Overtime hours covered by the inclusive contract are now automatically excluded from compensatory leave granting.
It is now easier to grant leave for only specific overtime categories.
Compensatory Leave Grant History
You can view detailed information including target overtime, related usage history, granted/used/remaining/revoked amounts. This data can also be downloaded as an Excel file.
If you are using flex payroll settlement, overtime for which compensatory leave has been granted will be automatically excluded from overtime pay during payroll settlement.
2. The [Overtime Settings] feature, which allows you to configure inclusive contract interpretation to better match your company's policies, will be released soon.
Overtime settings allow your company to configure how overtime is displayed and how inclusive contracts are interpreted.
Including the ability to exclude 'overtime within legal working hours' through inclusive contracts, you can now calculate compensable overtime that matches your company's operational policies.
These settings affect compensatory leave, work record reports, payroll settlement, and more, so please make sure to review the updated settings.
3. The [Employee Overtime Records] report will be added.
In the [Employee Overtime Records] report, you can check overtime generated during a specific period, inclusive contract deductions, compensatory leave granted, and remaining hours that need to be compensated through payroll.
If you need to compensate employee overtime through systems outside of flex, this makes settlement much more convenient.
