I want to attach receipts or files after approval is completed.

  • Approved documents cannot be modified. However, you can use the Custom Approval Label feature to attach necessary files after receiving approval.

  • You need [Approval Policy Management] permission to configure this setting.

Creating Custom Approval Labels

Go to [Settings] → [Custom Approval Labels] → [Add Label] to create labels like 'Confirmed' or 'Issuance Completed'.

Setting Up Approval Lines

Set up approval lines for the required documents as shown in the example below.
