The approver can modify the document on behalf of the requester! For more details, please refer to the user guide on the right! Editing Approval Documents
Can the approval line be modified for a document that is currently in progress?
Can the approval line be modified for a document that is currently in progress?
For documents created via the attendance, leave, and workflow features, and expense management disbursement requests, the approver for an in-progress approval document cannot be changed or deleted.
This restriction applies equally to super admin permissions.
For example, if Hong Gil-dong is designated as the 2nd-level approver in an in-progress disbursement request (or another type of in-progress approval document), it is possible to additionally designate Hong Gil-soon, but removing the existing approver Hong Gil-dong or replacing them with a different approver is not supported.
However, if an approver has resigned, only an admin with super admin permission can set a proxy approver (대결, proxy approval) to continue the approval process.
In this case, replacing a resigned approver is only possible at the individual member level, and if there are 2 or more nth-level org leaders, another org leader can proceed with the approval, so the resigned approver replacement feature is not provided.
For more details on replacing a resigned approver, please refer to the guide on the right. (Go to Guide)
What should I do if a resigned employee is in the approval line of an in-progress document?
What should I do if a resigned employee is in the approval line of an in-progress document?
If an approver has resigned, an admin with super admin permission can set a proxy approver (대결, proxy approval) to proceed with the approval.
Also, when replacing a resigned approver, please note that the new approver can only be designated at the individual member level, and if set as an nth-level org leader, replacement is only possible when there is only one org leader.
Once a proxy approver is determined, the super admin should go to [Settings] - [Approval Policy Management].
Click [Check] on the right side of the notice that says "There are approvers that need to be replaced due to resignation."
For workflow document approvals, the list of items requiring replacement is displayed by form.
For attendance and leave approvals, they are consolidated and displayed under 'Attendance Approval Policy' and 'Leave Approval Policy' respectively.
Review the resigned employees and set a proxy approver.
Once a proxy approver is set, it is difficult to change again, so please review before selecting [Replace Approver] to make the change.
Once the approver is successfully replaced, you will be notified.
