Reviewers can write and submit evaluations for reviewees in the mobile app as well.
Writing and Submitting Evaluations in the Mobile App
Reviewers can check evaluation requests under [Today] - [To-Do] in the mobile app.
When conducting evaluations for multiple reviewees, such as peer evaluations, click [View Incomplete Evaluations Only] at the top to quickly browse the list of reviewees before submitting.
The reviewer can tap on the reviewee they want to evaluate and write the evaluation.
Upon first entering the evaluation screen, you can view (one-time) the evaluation guidance message left by the admin and any related attachments.
Scroll through the screen to select a score or grade for each question, and if needed, tap the [Comment] button to write a response. Also, if an attachment is required for a question, you can easily upload the relevant file via the [Attach File] button!
Tapping the layer (merge) icon at the top right lets you see what scores or grades previous-stage reviewers assigned to each evaluation question. Switching the icon to OFF hides that information from the screen.
On the evaluation writing screen, you can view the description the admin entered for each evaluation question as well as detailed information about the competencies being evaluated.
Also, when conducting a performance evaluation, you can tap the [Linked Goals] button to view the goals linked to performance items while conducting the evaluation.
During the evaluation, tap the document icon at the top right to view evaluation reference materials. The availability and type of reference materials may vary depending on the admin's settings.
The [Reference Materials] screen during evaluation shows three types of information.
The [Other Stage Evaluations] tab lets you view evaluation content that the member received from other reviewers at different stages.
The [Recognition Feedback] tab lets you view the recognition and feedback the reviewee has received over time.
[Past Evaluation Reports] lets you view past evaluation reports (evaluation results) that the reviewee has received.
Reviewers can edit a submitted evaluation at any time before the evaluation deadline. Check the evaluation request under [Today] - [To-Do] in the mobile app, then click [Edit] at the bottom to make changes and resubmit.
Conducting Downward Grade Adjustment Evaluations in the Mobile App
Downward 2nd-stage and higher reviewers can also conduct downward grade adjustment evaluations in the mobile app.
Reviewers can check evaluation requests under [Today] - [To-Do] in the mobile app.
Upon first entering the evaluation screen, you can view the evaluation guidance content entered by the admin.
Reviewers conducting grade adjustments can scroll horizontally to adjust grades for each reviewee. When a grade is adjusted, the amount of change after adjustment is shown numerically.
Also, click the [Grade Distribution] tab at the bottom to view the grade distribution of reviewees and the grade distribution by evaluation item while adjusting grades.
Using the [Search and Filter] function at the top of the grade adjustment screen makes it easier to find the information you need.
[Adjusted Targets] Filter: View only reviewees whose grades have already been adjusted.
[Organization] Filter: View reviewees by organization.
Sort Function: Sort the reviewee list in ascending/descending order by name or evaluation item.
Search Function: Use the search bar at the top to quickly find a specific reviewee.
When conducting grade adjustments, if the grade distribution or distribution rate set by the admin is exceeded, you can see which member's grade caused the excess. Also, clicking [Check Distribution Rate] at the bottom shows the excess information along with the grade distribution by organization and grade distribution by evaluation item, allowing for more accurate grade adjustments.
This allows grade adjustment reviewers to distribute and adjust grades at appropriate ratios at both the organizational and individual member levels.
If you submit without checking the distribution rate warning message, one of the following two cases will appear depending on the settings. Click the [Check Distribution Rate] button at the bottom, then re-adjust the grades of members who exceeded the distribution rate according to the warning message before submission is possible.
When grade distribution rate must be met to submit: If the admin has set distribution rate compliance as mandatory, the guidance message "You must adjust the grades to match the distribution rate before submitting" will be displayed.
When you can submit without meeting the grade distribution rate: If the admin has not set distribution rate compliance as mandatory, the guidance message "You have exceeded the allocated distribution rate. Do you want to submit as is?" will be displayed.
Click [Submit] → Submits with the distribution rate exceeded as is.
Click [Check Distribution Rate] → Returns to the grade adjustment screen to make further adjustments.
If edits are needed after submitting the evaluation, click the [Edit] button at the bottom of the evaluation screen to rewrite the content and resubmit.
