Team Members Applying for Holiday Substitution Directly

Depending on the company's operational policy, team members can process holiday substitution directly.

This guide covers how team members can directly designate the day to substitute for a holiday.

Setting Up Holiday Substitution

  • Go to the left menu [Settings] - [Work Policy Approval Settings] - [Holiday Work] and click.

  • Enable [Allow Team Member Holiday Substitution Requests].

Applying for Holiday Substitution

  • After the team member registers holiday work, click [Register] at the bottom.

  • Instead of working on the holiday, the team member can directly select the day to take off, enter a reason, and request approval.

    • For holiday substitution requested directly by team members, the substitute day can be designated within 6 days before and after the weekly rest day (before the next weekly rest day), and within 180 days before and after for public holidays and company-designated holidays.

  • Once approved, the substituted day (Monday, December 9) becomes the weekly rest day, and the original weekly rest day is treated as a regular workday.

  • If you want to change the substitute day, delete the existing holiday work record first, then proceed with [Cancel Holiday Substitution]. After that, the team member must re-register the holiday work, re-designate the substitute day, and send an approval request.

  • It is also possible to first request approval for holiday work only, then apply for holiday substitution afterwards.

Yes! When registering holiday work and requesting approval, team members can designate the day to substitute for the holiday and request approval as shown in the image.
