Updated this week

Through the attendance dashboard, you can easily check company-wide and organization-specific attendance.

Check the data and members that match the daily/weekly/monthly/cycle-based conditions for each topic.

You can also conveniently send reminder notifications.

For example, you can request members with missing work records to register their work records, send reminder notifications to approvers for pending work approvals. You can also send notifications to submit supporting documents for leave without submitted documentation, enabling you to efficiently handle repetitive tasks.

[View Member Attendance Statistics] + [View Work Records] + [View Member Leave] + [View Member Work Approvals] permissions are required.

  • You can view work hours using various filters in the top left.

    • If you are using a flexible work type, you need to apply the [Cycle] criteria to see accurate data.

  • In the [Attendance Status] category, you can check members with missing work records, overtime, insufficient work hours, break time shortage, tardiness, holiday work, core time non-compliance, and leave usage.

FAQ

How do I send reminder notifications? How do members receive the notifications?

You can check members whose work hours are missing or who have missing leave supporting documents within the specified period, dates, work type, and organization scope, and send reminder notifications so they can register their work or submit supporting documents.

Once notifications are sent, members can check them via email and in-app notifications within flex.

What are the criteria for determining tardiness?

  • Fixed work type: Based on the clock-in time of the work type applied to the member

  • Staggered work type: The latest time within the available clock-in time window of the work type applied to the member

    • Example: If the available clock-in time window is 8 AM to 10 AM, work records registered after 10 AM are considered tardy.

  • Shift work type: Based on the work start time of the schedule posted by the administrator

  • Flexible work type: Since clock-in time and daily prescribed work hours are not fixed, the system does not determine tardiness.

Overtime, insufficient hours, or missing work records are not showing for members on the attendance dashboard!

When viewing overtime, insufficient work hours, missing work records, etc. on the attendance dashboard, members may not appear or results may look different depending on the view criteria (daily, weekly, monthly, cycle). This is because the system determines based on the [Work Cycle] set in the member's work type!

A 'cycle' refers to the reference period for determining prescribed and overtime work, and is set differently depending on the member's work type. Therefore, for accurate work status within a specific period, please view using the [Cycle] criteria.

For example,

If a member working 40 hours per week works 8 hours Monday through Friday and works an additional 8 hours on Saturday,

  • Viewing by [Week] will not show the Saturday overtime,

  • Viewing by [Cycle] will show it as overtime.

Even for a 1-month cycle flexible work type, you should view by [Cycle] rather than [Month] to see accurate overtime hours.

Can I download attendance dashboard data such as tardiness, missing work records, overtime, and core time non-compliance to Excel?

The feature to download tardiness, missing work records, overtime, and core time non-compliance data from [Attendance Status] within the attendance dashboard to Excel is not currently implemented. If needed, please click Work Report in the top right of the [Attendance Dashboard] and download the daily/period reports for separate review.

Can I set up notifications to be sent to administrators when members are tardy, have missing work hours, or do not comply with core time?

Currently in flex, real-time notifications about members' attendance status are not sent to administrators. Notifications are sent to administrators only when you have set approvals to be triggered for overtime such as extended, holiday, or night work in the left menu Settings - Work Settings, and only then are approval request notifications sent to the approver (administrator).

For tardiness, missing work hours, or core time non-compliance, separate notifications are not sent to administrators, and you can view/manage members' attendance in real time through [Member Work] status on the web or app.

Can I request members who have insufficient or missing work records to update their work records?

Administrators can request members with missing work records to update their work records. Click the [Missing Work Records] card in the left menu [Attendance Management], select the members, and click [Request Work Records] at the bottom right. In this case, members with work editing permissions can directly check the request notification and register their work in Work - My Work.

However, for insufficient work hours, since the member may have actually worked less, unlike missing records, work record request notifications cannot be sent. After checking the member's insufficient work hours, if necessary, administrators should directly change and update the work hours.

After clicking the Pending Approvals tab on the attendance dashboard and clicking Request Confirmation, how is the notification sent to the approver?

The approver receives web and email notifications with content asking them to check the pending work (or leave) approval, as shown below.

Can I freely set custom periods like first half of the year, 3 months, etc. on the attendance dashboard?

On the attendance dashboard, you can view periods using daily/weekly/cycle/monthly filters, but freely setting custom periods like first half of the year or 3 months is not currently supported. If you want to view members' work records in 3-month intervals, we recommend downloading daily, period-based, or overtime reports, or viewing through the Insights Dashboard.
