To proceed with a goal-linked review, employees must request [Agreement] on the goals they created from their team leader.
Requesting Goal Agreement
Log in to flex PC, click the [Goals] menu on the left → click the three dots at the top right, then click [Goal Agreement].
In [My Goal Agreements], you can see the goal agreement names added by the admin. Click the goal agreement name.
When clicked, you can see the list of goals where you are the owner or a participant.
You can see the name of your organization's team leader at the top right. Clicking [Request Agreement] at the bottom sends a [Goal Agreement Approval Request] to the team leader.
The approver (team leader) can be changed, but agreement with the admin may be needed before making arbitrary changes.
When conducting a goal-linked review, the weights per goal set during the agreement process are directly reflected in the review.
When entering weights per goal, the [Edit Criteria] button becomes active. Clicking the Edit Criteria button shows the evaluation criteria for the goal agreement cycle set by the admin.
The [Approver] at the top right of the goal evaluation settings is automatically assigned to the team leader of your organization.
After setting weights per goal, click [Request Agreement] to send a goal agreement approval request to the approver (team leader). If any weights were set incorrectly, click [Re-request Agreement] to resend the agreement approval request. Weight changes and re-requests must be done by the employee themselves.
