This is a goal management guide for team leaders who establish organizational goals and manage the goals of team members connected to them.
You can flexibly create and manage goals, and quickly look up the information you need for each purpose.
Creating and Editing Organizational Goals
Create goals for your organization or team members aligned with company objectives. Organizational goals and individual goals are clearly separated, allowing you to systematically align your goal structure.
Only team leaders can create and manage organizational goals.
Creating an Organizational Goal
You can create a goal by linking it to your organization's goal or a sub-organization's goal.
Click [Create Goal] - [Organizational Goal] in the top right of the Goals screen.
Review the details in the Create Goal form and fill in the information accordingly.
Start by entering the basic information for the goal. You can link a company-level or organizational-level goal as the parent goal to reflect the goal structure.

Goal Title: Enter the title of the goal.
Owner: Select the organization responsible for the goal.
Team Leader: When you select an organization, the team leader of that organization is automatically selected. You can select a different team leader depending on the situation.
Cycle: Select the goal cycle or enter the corresponding period. If needed, you can enter a custom period different from the default cycle setting.
Parent Goal: If the goal has a parent goal, please select it. Only company-level or organizational-level goals can be selected. By default, the goals of the organization assigned as the owner are displayed, and you can search to select a different goal.
Goal Description: Enter a description of the goal. Click the file icon at the bottom right of the input field to attach a reference file.
Once you have entered the information, configure the settings for goal management. You can select an update method that suits the nature of the goal. (Percentage, Number, KRW, USD, JPY)
You can also flexibly configure visibility settings. For example, you can create a private goal and share it with specific organizations or members outside your own organization.

Goal Metric Settings
Update Method: Select how the goal will be updated.
Manual Entry: Enter the goal value manually.
Average Achievement Rate: Automatically calculated based on the average achievement rate of sub-goals.
Sum of Values: Automatically calculated by adding up all sub-goals with the same unit of measurement.
Average of Values: Automatically calculated as the average of sub-goals with the same unit of measurement.
Unit of Measurement: Select the unit to measure the goal. You can set it to percentage, number, or amount (KRW, USD, JPY), and negative (minus) or decimal values can also be entered.
Visibility Settings
Visible to All: Visible to all members of the company.
Visible to Some: Visible to selected members only. Participating members, the team leader of the owner and participating members, and organization members are included by default and cannot be changed. You can additionally add parent or sub-organizations of the owner's organization, or individual members.
Creating a Member Goal
Team leaders can create goals for team members aligned with the organization's goals.
Click [Create Goal] - [Individual Goal] in the top right of the Goals screen.
Review the details in the Create Goal form and fill in the information accordingly. Start by entering the basic information for the goal.

Goal Title: Enter the title of the goal.

Participating Members: If there are participating members other than the owner, add them here. Multiple selections are possible. Participating members can update and edit the goal and will receive notifications related to the goal.

Creating a Goal Draft
When creating a goal, click [Save as Draft] at the bottom to save a planned goal as a draft.
Only the person who created the draft goal can see it!
You can view saved goal drafts by clicking [Goals] in the top right, then [Create Goal] - [Saved Goal Drafts].
On the [Saved Goal Drafts] screen, you can view goals saved as drafts.
You can link draft goals to each other in a parent-child relationship, or link them to already-created goals. If an organizational goal already exists, try creating draft goals linked to it and prepare individual goals aligned with the organizational goal!
Duplicating a Goal
If you want to create a new goal similar to an existing one, click the three-dot button on the right side of the goal and then click [Duplicate] to duplicate the existing goal.
Editing and Deleting Goals
Select the goal you want to edit, then click the three-dot button in the top right.
You can change or unlink the connected parent goal.
Click [Edit Goal] to edit the detailed content of the goal.
Click [Delete Goal] to delete it. Note that deleted goals cannot be restored, so please be careful.
Click [Add Goal] to create a new sub-goal or link an existing goal as a sub-goal.
Browsing Organizational and Member Goals
You can easily find goals using various filters and display item settings (show/hide).
Conveniently manage not only your own goals but also the goals of the entire company and organization, as well as goals that members are participating in.
Viewing My Goals, All Goals, and Member Goals
On the Goals screen, you can view goals separated into My Goals, All Goals, and Member Goals.
You can sort goals in ascending or descending order by title, creation date, or end date.
Alternatively, you can manually click and drag goals to change their order.
However, manual reordering is not available when viewing [All] goals under the [All Goals] tab.
The changed order is also applied to other members' screens. You can make important goals appear at the top.
You can select the goal cycle to view. You can choose from within a maximum of 3 years.
My Goals
You can separately view Organizational Goals (goals of your organization), Individual Goals (goals where you are the owner), and Participating Goals (goals where you are a participating member).
All Goals
This refers to all goals across the company. Click the organization selection button in the top right to view goals by organization. You can use various options to conveniently browse goals. (In the image below, this refers to the 'All' button.)
Quick Select - [All]: Select when you want to view all goals across the company.
Quick Select - [Organization]: Select when you want to quickly view the organization you belong to. Sub-organizations are also included.
View by Organization - [Organization]: Select when you want to view all goals of a specific organization. You can select one organization at a time, and sub-organizations are also included.
Goals are basically linked in a parent-child structure, allowing you to grasp the structure at a glance. Click the triangle (▶︎) on the left of a parent goal to see linked goals.
Member Goals
You can view goals that each member is responsible for or participating in.
Click the member selection button in the top right to select the desired organization or member. By default, the organization you belong to is selected. (In the image below, this refers to the 'Sales Team A' button.)
Clicking [All] in the quick select allows you to view all members, and selecting a specific member shows their individual goals.
Configuring Filters
Add filters to view goals under the conditions you want. Configured filters are automatically saved and persist even when you navigate to other pages.
Owner: You can select by company, organization, or individual member. Up to 5 organizations are displayed, and you can search to find the desired organization.
Participating Members: You can select by individual member. Multiple selections are possible.
Start Date, End Date, Last Updated: View by selecting before or after a specific date, on the same date, or within a date range.
Progress Status: For goals in progress, filter by On Track, At Risk, Behind, or No Status. For completed goals, filter by Achieved, Not Achieved, or Cancelled.
Configuring Display Items
Click the settings icon in the top right to configure what information is displayed.
Progress Status and Owner are shown by default.
Cycle, Participating Members, Start Date, End Date, and Last Updated can be shown or hidden by clicking the eye icon on the right.
Alternatively, you can apply bulk settings by clicking Hide All or Show All.
If you want to change the display order of information, click and drag the desired item to reorder it. The information will be displayed in your preferred order.
Updating Organizational and Member Goals
Once you have configured the information and filters you want, try updating goals directly! Team leaders can manage and update goals for their organization or team members.
Administrators can update goals on behalf of an organization or a team member.
Use status updates to update the current value and progress status, and leave records through comments.
🔔 When a goal is created, edited, deleted, or updated, notifications are sent to members associated with the goal! Please refer to the image below.
For individual goals: Notifications are sent to the owner and participating members.
For organizational goals: Notifications are sent to the team leader, organization members, and participating members.

Can I reference a member's goal status during a 1-on-1?
Absolutely! You can use a member's goal status and achievement level as reference material during 1-on-1 meetings.
During a 1-on-1, click the [Goals] tab in the subject's information panel on the right to immediately view goals they are participating in.
Talk in detail about the progress of goals and any challenges, and have an in-depth conversation about goal achievement and growth.
What is the maximum number of sub-goals that can be created?

Including the top-level goal, up to 10 sub-goals can be created. This means 9 sub-goals can be created under a single goal. When the limit of 10 is exceeded, the + (Add) button will no longer be visible.

Goal titles can be up to 100 characters long.
There is no separate character limit for goal descriptions.
