Administrators with [Goal Management] permissions can view and manage all company goals. Use various filters and view/hide settings for display items to conveniently browse and manage the goals you need to check!

Exploring Goals

Viewing My Goals, All Goals, and Member Goals

  • On the Goals screen, you can view goals divided into My Goals, All Goals, and Member Goals. Users without permissions can only view goals within their visibility scope.

    • You can sort goals in ascending or descending order by title, creation date, or end date.

    • Alternatively, you can manually click and drag goals to change their order.

      • However, manual reordering is not available when viewing [All] goals in the [All Goals] tab.

      • Please note that the changed order will also be applied on other members' screens!

    • You can select the goal cycle to view. Selection is available within up to 3 years.

  • My Goals

    • You can separately view personal goals where I am the responsible owner and participating goals where I am included as a participating member.

  • All Goals

    • This refers to all company-wide goals. You can click the organization selection button in the upper right to view by desired organization. Use various selection options to conveniently browse goals. (In the image below, this refers to the 'All' button.)

      • Quick Select - [All]: Select this to view all company goals.

      • Quick Select - [Organization]: Select this to quickly check organizations you belong to. Sub-organizations are also included.

      • View by Organization - [Organization]: Select this to view all goals of a specific organization. You can select one organization unit at a time, and sub-organizations are also included.

    • Goals are fundamentally connected in a parent-child hierarchy, allowing you to see the structure at a glance. Click the triangle (▶︎) on the left side of a parent goal to view connected goals.

  • Member Goals

    • You can view goals that each member is responsible for or participating in.

    • Click the member selection button in the upper right to select the desired organization or individual member. By default, the organization you belong to is selected. (In the image below, this refers to the 'Research Center' button.)

    • Click [All] in Quick Select to view all members, or select a specific member for individual viewing.

Setting Up Filters

  • You can add filters to view goals with desired conditions. Applied filters are automatically saved and persist even when navigating to other pages.

    • Responsible Owner: You can select by company, organization, or member. Up to 5 organizations are displayed, and you can search to find the desired organization.

    • Participating Members: You can select by member. Multiple selections are available.

    • Start Date, End Date, Last Update: View by selecting before or after a specific date, on the same date, or within a date range.

    • Progress Status: For goals in progress, filter by Good, Difficult, At Risk, or No Status. For completed goals, filter by Achieved, Not Achieved, or Canceled.

Configuring Display Items

  • Click the adjustment icon in the upper right to configure display items.

    • Progress Status and Responsible Owner are shown by default.

    • Cycle, Participating Members, Start Date, End Date, and Last Update can be shown or hidden by clicking the eye icon on the right.

      • You can also use Hide All or Show All for batch configuration.

    • If you want to change the display order of information, click on the desired item and drag it to reorder. Information will be displayed in your preferred order.

Updating Organization and Member Goals

  • Administrators can update goals on behalf of organizations or members.

  • Update the current metrics and progress status through status updates, and leave records through comments.

  • When a goal is updated, notifications are sent to members associated with the goal. All changes including updates, comments, and goal modifications are delivered via notifications.

    • For company goals: No separate notifications are generated.

    • For organization goals: Notifications are sent to the organization head, organization members, and participating members.

    • For personal goals: Notifications are sent to the responsible owner and participating members.


FAQ

I want to expand all sub-goals at once!

You can expand parent-child goals all at once using a keyboard shortcut!

Hold the Ctrl (Cmd) key and click the toggle (▶︎) in front of the parent goal title. All connected sub-goals will be displayed.

Can I create and save multiple filter conditions?

It is not possible to save multiple filter conditions on the Goals screen. You will need to manually change the conditions to view with different criteria.

Can I apply my filter settings to other members?

Filters and display items on the Goals screen need to be configured individually for each person!

Can I attach files to comments?

The file attachment feature for comments is not currently supported. We are preparing a file attachment feature so that progress can be shared in detail through comments as well. We will share the news through future update notes!

Can I edit or delete comments?

You can edit or delete your own comments by hovering over them and clicking the three-dot button that appears.

You can also add emoji reactions to comments. However, comments left by other members cannot be edited or deleted even by administrators.
