Exploring Goals on Mobile
Go to [More] - [Goals] at the bottom of the app.
You can first see My Goals.
You can check [Personal Goals] you are responsible for and [Participating Goals] where you are included as a participating member.
If you are a team leader, [Organization Goals] will also appear under My Goals.
You can view All Goals across the company.
By default, your organization is selected. Click on the organization to switch to all organizations or select a specific one.
Goals are linked in parent-child hierarchy, making it easy to see the structure at a glance. Click the triangle (▶︎) on the left of a parent goal to see connected goals.
You can view individual goals of each employee.
By default, your organization is selected. Click on the organization to switch to all employees or select a specific organization or employee.
You can check each employee's responsible goals or participating goals.
Tip. You can also use various filters on mobile to find the goals you want!
Cycle: Select the goal cycle to view. You can select within up to 3 years.
Owner: Select the responsible owner by organization or employee.
Participating members: Select participating members by organization or employee. Your organization is shown first.
Start date, end date, last update: Filter by before, after, same date, or date range.
Progress status: For in-progress goals, filter by Good, Difficult, At Risk, No Status. For completed goals, filter by Achieved, Not Achieved, Canceled.
To reset filters, click the reset icon (⟲)!
Updating Goals on Mobile
Go to [More] - [Goals] at the bottom of the app.
Select the goal you want to check or update.
Tap on the goal's progress to see detailed metrics and update method.
Tap [View Details] next to the owner's name to see goal details.
It includes cycle, goal period, owner, and visibility scope by default. For organization goals, you can also see the team leader and participating members.
Tap [Update] to change the goal's metrics and progress status.
If the update method is 'Average Achievement Rate', it is automatically calculated from the average achievement rate of sub-goals, and the input field is disabled.
You can also leave comments to record progress. Tap the three dots at the top right of your comment to edit or delete it. You can also react with emojis on other people's comments.

Currently, only goal exploration and goal updates are available on mobile. Features for creating/editing/deleting goals are being prepared for a future update.
