Creating Review Grades

Updated today

Create grades to use in reviews. The created grades enable quantitative evaluation.
A grade dashboard is provided for completed reviews.

Only administrators with Review Management permission can configure grade settings.

Creating Grades Without Converted Scores

  • Go to [Reviews] → [Review Management] → click the three dots at the top right, [Grade Template Settings] to configure grades for use in reviews.

  • Enter the grade template title, grade names, and descriptions for each grade in order.
Click [Add Grade] at the bottom to add grades, then save.

  • For grades without converted scores, calculation works as follows:

How are weights applied for grades without converted scores?

Example) For grades S R A B C, the system automatically calculates as 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 points.

Self Review Weight: 20%, Overall Grade: A

Peer Review Weight: 50%, Overall Grade: R

Upward Review Weight: 30%, Overall Grade: S

※Final grade is calculated as 0.2*3 + 0.5*4 + 0.3*5 = 4.1 → Grade R

Creating Grades With Converted Scores

What is 'Use Grade Scores'?: You can convert grades to scores based on grade ranges and display the converted scores as the overall grade.

  • When creating grades, enable [Use Grade Scores] and enter the grade range and converted score for each grade.

How are weights applied for grades with converted scores?

Example) Grade Range Converted Score

Grade S 100 or above 100 points

Grade R 80 or above 80 points

Grade A 60 or above 60 points

Grade B 40 or above 40 points

Grade C 20 or above 20 points

Self Review Weight: 30%, Overall Grade: B

Peer Review Weight: 40%, Overall Grade: R

Upward Review Weight: 30%, Overall Grade: S

※Final grade is calculated as 0.3*40 + 0.4*80 + 0.3*100 = 77 points → Grade A

Using in Reviews

You can implement review results in grade format using the overall grade and final grade, which summarize the results of each review stage into a single grade.

  • The grades you create are used when actually creating reviews, either by creating grade-type questions or by calculating [Overall Grade] and [Final Grade].

FAQ

Can I set an added grade as the default?

Click the three dots on the right and enable [Set as Default].

Can I delete or modify a grade?

Click the three dots on the right to modify or delete a created grade. However, deleted grades cannot be recovered, so please decide carefully!

Also, grades set as default cannot be deleted directly. Please set another grade as [Default] first, then delete it.

How do I set up automatic overall grade calculation?

When using overall grades, they are automatically calculated based on the set grades according to question scores.
For automatic calculation to work, quantitative questions + section weight settings must be configured, which allows the overall grade to be auto-calculated and prevents the writer from modifying it.

Please refer to this when setting up overall grades and creating reviews :)
