Adjusting Grades for Closed Reviews

After evaluations are complete, there may be situations where you need to adjust grades in bulk. In such cases, you can use flex's calibration feature to make bulk grade adjustments! You can also adjust grades to match a target grade distribution ratio.

The calibration feature is only available for [closed reviews] that [use grades].

Sharing Review Results

  • Review results can only be shared for closed reviews.

  • If you did not set a result sharing date when creating the review, you can share results via [Share Results], or you can share the results with the review subject's team leader earlier than the scheduled sharing date.

  • Once you share a review, you can check the sharing status to the right of the review name.

    • A 0/3 indicator means the review results have not been shared with any of the three groups: the review subject, their primary team leader, or secondary and higher-level team leaders.

    • A 1/3 indicator means the review results have been shared with one of the three groups: the review subject, their primary team leader, or secondary and higher-level team leaders.

  • If you want to share a review subject's review content with a specific employee, you can also share the review results with that specific employee via [Share].

  • Employees who have received a shared review can view it under [Review] → [Employee Reviews] in the left menu.

Downloading Review Results and Viewing Insights

  • In Review Insights, you can analyze the final grade distribution, final grade scores, average review completion rate, and submission time per author.

  • Click on a closed review, click the three dots on the right, then click [Download Results] to download the review results as an Excel file.

    • For in-progress reviews as well, click the three dots on the right and then click [Excel Download] to download the current status of the ongoing review.

  • When you download review results as Excel, you can check the final grade per review subject (reviewee) (for reviews that use grades), as well as the questions and scores for each item, and any notes left by the review manager.
