Once you've created your company's work types, try applying them to team members!

Applying Work Types to Members

You can change a member's work type using two methods.

  • First, to change the work type for individual members, go to the [Member's Profile] → [Work Information] → [Change] and select the work type.

  • After specifying the Change Effective Date, you can change the member's work type via the Change button.

The Change Effective Date is important information that divides the work cycle for the work type!

  • If working Mon-Fri, set the effective date to match the cycle's start day (e.g., Monday).

  • If changing to a monthly flexible work type, set the effective date to the 1st of each month.

  • Second, to change work types for a large number of members, click [Members] → [HR Information Management] → [Batch Information Change] → [Change Information] -> [Change Work Information] to batch change member information.

FAQ

I want to delete a work type.

Work types serve as the basis for determining a member's regular and overtime work, so they cannot be deleted if there are past application records. If your goal is work type management, try hiding the work type as shown below!

Will the member be notified when the work type is changed?

When a work type is changed, the member receives both in-product and email notifications!

What is the "Set as Default Work Type" setting?

When set as the default work type, that work type is automatically matched first when inviting new members.

Of course, it can be changed during or after the invitation process.

I scheduled a work type change. Can I cancel it?

Work type changes that haven't been applied yet can be canceled or modified!

Click [Edit Scheduled Changes] in the work information section of the member's profile to cancel or modify the scheduled work information. However, batch cancellation or changes are not possible; they must be done individually from each member's profile.
