If a member was registered by mistake or their account needs to be deleted, you can delete the member from their profile. However, members enrolled in the four major social insurances or former employees require a resignation process instead.
Deleted members cannot be restored — please delete with care.
Deleting a Member
Only administrators with [Member Employment Info Management] permission can perform deletions.
Click [Member] → [Target Member] → [Profile] → [Status Management] in the top right → [Delete Member].
After reviewing the cautions, type [I have read and acknowledged the cautions] in the text field and click [Delete].
Deleting a member will permanently delete all their information from flex and cannot be restored. Note: workflow documents submitted by the deleted member will not be deleted, but the deleted member's name will not be shown — they will appear as [Deleted Member]. Please be sure to keep this in mind before deleting.
