Once your corporate group and affiliates have been added, you can manage members who hold concurrent positions across companies. Please complete the corporate group setup before inviting concurrent-position members across companies! Corporate Group Management
We'll walk you through the process of inviting a member already registered in the main company [flex] as a member of affiliate 1 [flex Subsidiary].
Registering Affiliate Concurrent-position Members
Switch to affiliate 1 [flex Subsidiary].
In the left menu, click [Member Management] → [Add Member] → [Add Concurrent-position Member].
You must enter the concurrent member's name, email, and hire date — only members belonging to the corporate group can be added. After entering the name, email, and hire date, click [Add Concurrent Member] in the top right.
If there is an error in any field, hover over the error item to see the reason.
To add concurrent-position members in bulk, copy and paste the column values from an Excel file to add names, emails, and hire dates of concurrent members all at once 😉
Once the concurrent-position addition is complete, you'll receive a notification like this!
The member will also receive an email and an in-flex notification as shown below!
For members with concurrent positions, you can view both the main company and the affiliate by selecting [Affiliate Concurrent Position] next to the member name in their profile.
To cancel a concurrent position, process the member's resignation or deletion at the affiliate level.
After inviting concurrent members to an affiliate, HR reassignment and permission setup within the affiliate is needed for smooth access. 🙂
See the guides below for HR reassignment and permission setup:

We have multiple affiliates — can I transfer a member to a different affiliate through reassignment?

When there are multiple affiliates, it is not possible to reassign a member to a different company via the HR reassignment feature.
For example, if the main company is flex and the affiliate is flex Mini, and Gildong Hong is moving from flex to flex Mini: the admin must log in to flex Mini and register Gildong Hong as a concurrent-position member of flex Mini, then reassign him to an organization within flex Mini.
How do I handle a member who is moving from the main company to an affiliate (not as a concurrent position)?
How do I handle a member who is moving from the main company to an affiliate (not as a concurrent position)?
For a member who is moving from the main company to an affiliate (not as a concurrent position), proceed as follows:
Process resignation at the main company, then
Register that member as a new employee at the affiliate.
Once registered as a concurrent member at the affiliate, resignation from the main company becomes impossible — so please process main company resignation first, then register anew at the affiliate.
Can concurrent-position members only be added from the affiliate?
