You can create a corporate group, add subsidiaries, and manage them using the entity switching feature. Only the [Super Admin] can add and manage subsidiaries.
You can add and create new subsidiaries via Settings or the left-side menu.

This guide will walk you through accessing via the Settings menu!
Adding a Subsidiary Not Currently Using flex
Click [Settings] → [Subsidiary Management] → [Add Subsidiary] at the bottom of the left menu.
Please make sure the company you are adding as a [subsidiary] is indeed the representative company of the corporate group. If it is the representative company of the entire corporate group, click [Yes, this is the representative company] at the bottom.
If the parent company is flex Universe and the subsidiary is flex, you need to add the subsidiary from flex Universe.
If the subsidiary is not currently using flex, click [Create a new subsidiary].
Enter the subsidiary\'s company name and click [Create new company] to add the subsidiary.
The Super Admin of the representative company that created the subsidiary will be automatically set as the Super Admin of the newly created subsidiary account with concurrent position status, and a 7-day free trial will be automatically activated.
Click [Company] at the top of the left menu → you can confirm the subsidiary has been added to the company list.
Adding a Subsidiary Already Using flex
Click [Settings] → [Subsidiary Management] → [Add Subsidiary] at the bottom of the left menu.
Please make sure the company you are adding as a [subsidiary] is indeed the representative company of the corporate group. If it is the representative company of the entire corporate group, click [Yes, this is the representative company] at the bottom.
If the parent company is flex Universe and the subsidiary is flex, you need to add the subsidiary from flex Universe.
If the subsidiary is already using flex, click [Add an existing company].
Check and enter the [Company Code] of the company you want to add as a subsidiary, then click [Send request].
Where can I find the Company Code?
Click [Settings] → [Subsidiary Management] → [Our Company Code] at the bottom of the left menu to copy the code.
Click [Company Information] → [Company Code] at the top of the left menu to copy the code.
Once the Super Admin of the subsidiary accepts the connection request, the link between the representative company and the subsidiary will be complete.
The subsidiary\'s Super Admin can check the invitation notification and accept it to complete the subsidiary connection!
The subsidiary invitation notification can be found in flex notifications.
If you add a company already using flex as a subsidiary, entity switching may be disabled until concurrent position processing is completed. Please contact the subsidiary\'s Super Admin or an admin with member invitation/registration permissions to receive a member invitation, after which the entity switching feature will be available!

Removing a Subsidiary
Click the three-dot button on the right side of the subsidiary tab → click the [Disconnect] button to remove the connection.
However, if there are members with concurrent positions in the subsidiary, the connection cannot be removed. Please proceed with disconnection after offboarding or deleting members with concurrent positions.

There are currently no separate charges for the corporate group feature itself. However, since concurrent position members are considered as separate members belonging to each company, concurrent position members are included in the active member count used for billing purposes.
I cannot remove a subsidiary where only the Super Admin remains with a concurrent position from the corporate group.

Companies with concurrent position members cannot be removed from the corporate group. Please add/change a non-concurrent Super Admin, then offboard or delete the Super Admin with the concurrent position before proceeding with subsidiary removal.
