You can create and add affiliates (business entities) by forming a corporate group, and manage affiliates through the inter-entity switching feature. Adding and managing affiliates is only available to [Super Administrators].
Creating and adding a new affiliate can be accessed through Settings and the left menu.

This guide will walk you through the method of accessing via the Settings menu.
Adding an Affiliate Not Using flex
Click the bottom of the left menu [Settings] → [Affiliate Management] → [Add Affiliate] .
Please make sure that the company proceeding with [Add Affiliate] is indeed the representative company of the corporate group. If it is the representative company of the entire corporation, click [Yes, This Is the Representative Company] at the bottom.
If the parent company is flex Universe and the subsidiary is flex, then the affiliate must be added from flex Universe.
If the affiliate is not currently using flex, click [Create New Affiliate].
Enter the affiliate's company name and click [Create New Company] to add the affiliate.
The super administrator of the representative company that created the affiliate is automatically set as the super administrator of the newly created affiliate account through concurrent position, and a 7-day free trial is automatically opened.
Click [Company] at the top of the left menu → You can confirm that the affiliate has been added to the company list.

Adding an Affiliate Already Using flex
Click the bottom of the left menu [Settings] → [Affiliate Management] → [Add Affiliate].
Please make sure that the company proceeding with [Add Affiliate] is indeed the representative company of the corporate group. If it is the representative company of the entire corporation, click [Yes, This Is the Representative Company] at the bottom.
If the parent company is flex Universe and the subsidiary is flex, then the affiliate must be added from flex Universe.
If the affiliate is already using flex, click [Add Existing Company].
Check and enter the [Company Code] of the company to add as an affiliate, then click [Submit Add Request].
Where is the company code?
Click the bottom of the left menu [Settings] → [Affiliate Management] → [Our Company Code] to copy the code.
Click [Company Info] → [Company Code] at the top of the left menu to copy the code.
When the affiliate's super administrator who received the add request accepts the connection, the link between the representative company and the affiliate is completed.
The affiliate's super administrator checks the invitation notification and accepts the invitation to complete the affiliate connection!
The affiliate invitation notification can be checked in flex notifications.
When adding a company already using flex as an affiliate, inter-entity switching may be disabled until concurrent position processing is complete. Contact the affiliate's super administrator or an administrator with member invitation/registration permissions to be invited as a member, and then you can use the inter-entity switching feature.

Disconnecting an Affiliate
Click the three dots button on the right of the affiliate tab → Click the [Disconnect] button to disconnect.
However, if there are members with concurrent positions in the affiliate, disconnection is not possible. Please disconnect after processing the resignation or deletion of members with concurrent positions.

Existing flex settings and member information data is not linked.
However, among newly registered information, the following items will be updated across all connected companies when modified in any one company:
Legal name
Resident registration number
English last name, first name
Group hire date
Whether group hire date is used

Currently, there are no additional charges for the corporate group feature itself. However, concurrent position holders are considered as separate members belonging to each company individually, so they are included in the active member count for billing purposes.
I cannot remove an affiliate from the corporate group where only the super administrator remains with a concurrent position.

Companies with concurrent position holders cannot be removed from the corporate group. Add/change a super administrator who does not have a concurrent position, and after resigning or deleting the super administrator who holds a concurrent position, proceed with disconnecting the affiliate.

Yes! Click the [Company] logo at the top right of the mobile app to switch between affiliates on the mobile app as well!

For incorrectly created and linked new companies, separate disconnection is difficult. Please contact flex live chat support and we will help you delete the new company that has the free trial opened.

Leave policies are provided to be set individually for each company, so if you want to match them to the affiliate's policies, you need to set them identically for each affiliate. Unfortunately, we do not currently support migrating settings themselves.
