flex Payment Management (Billing Structure)

Admins with [Subscription Payment Management] permission can manage the company's subscriptions and subscribe to various flex services.

  • Active Members: The number of members registered, excluding retired employees — includes current employees, those on leave, and those scheduled to retire.

  • Billing Date: The date on which payment will be processed using the registered payment method.

  • Credits: Credits charged after purchasing flex products via non-face-to-face vouchers or cloud vouchers. If credits are available, payment is processed via credits instead of a card.

  • Payment Method: View the registered payment card. Click to change the card.

Subscription Payment Management

  • At the bottom of the left menu, click [Settings] → [Subscription Payment Management] under Billing & Security to view currently active and upcoming services, and easily add new services.

    • You can check the expiration date of services scheduled to expire in advance.

    • View active members and the billing date (scheduled payment date) in the upper right of the payment management screen.

  • At the very top of the payment management screen, you can check the subscription status including whether the free trial has ended and a list of upcoming billing items.

  • At the bottom of the payment management screen, you can view and update the registered card information and receipt email.

    • If you have any available credits, you can check them in the payment information section.

  • Click [Billing History] in the upper right of the payment information section to view your payment history.

    • Select each item to view detailed information.
