Admins with [Subscription · Payment Management] permission can register or change payment cards and view billing history from the mobile app as well.

Go to [More] → [App Settings] → [Payment Management] to register a payment method (card) and set up or change the billing receipt email.

Once a payment card is registered, you can view the registered card information as shown on the right screen.
