flex Payment Management (Billing System)

Admins with [Subscription Payment Management] permission can manage the company's subscription details and subscribe to various flex services.

  • Active employees: The number of employees registered as members excluding former employees, including current employees, those on leave, and those scheduled to resign.

  • Billing date: The date when payment will be processed using the registered payment method.

  • Credits: You can check the credit amount charged after purchasing flex products through non-face-to-face vouchers, cloud vouchers, etc. If you have credits, payment is processed with credits instead of card.

  • Payment method: You can check the registered payment card. Click the payment method to change the card.

Subscription Payment Management

  • Click [Settings] → [Subscription Payment Management] under Payment & Security at the bottom of the left menu. You can check currently active services, upcoming services, and easily add new services.

    • You can also check the expiration date for services about to expire in advance.

    • You can check the number of active employees and billing date (scheduled payment date) at the top right of the payment management screen.

  • At the top of the payment management screen, you can check subscription status including free trial end status and upcoming billing list.

  • At the bottom of the payment management screen, you can check & change the registered card information and receipt email.

    • If you have credits, you can check them in the payment information.

  • Click [Billing History] at the top right of the payment information to check payment history.

    • Select each item to see detailed information.


FAQ

How do I request subscription cancellation or account deletion?

Click the three dots button at the top right of the payment information, then click [Delete Account].

What features are included in each service?

Features included in each subscription service are as follows!

  • Core HR: Employee & Organization Management, Work & Leave Management, Workflow, Insights

  • Performance Management: Goal Management, Reviews, One-on-One

  • Payroll: Payroll Processing, Year-end Tax Settlement

  • Expense Management: All Expense Management features

  • E-Contract: All E-Contract features

I want to add a plan other than my current subscription.

If you want to subscribe to a different plan, you can add it directly through Add Service in Settings -> Subscription Payment Management in the left menu :)

Is the cost pro-rated when adding a new subscription plan?

When adding a new subscription plan in Settings - Payment Management, the fee from the time of addition to the next billing date is pro-rated. After payment, you can immediately use the newly subscribed plan!
