You need the [Company Basic Information Management], [Company Days Off Settings], and [Company Seal Settings] permissions.
Company Information
Click [Settings] in the bottom left menu → [Basic Information] → [Company Information].
Please register your company's representative and basic company information.
The representative must be registered in flex and added as a company member.
The representative's phone number and company address will appear on certificates of employment and career/experience certificates when issued.
Image sizes
Logo image: 1:1 ratio recommended (280×280 / 320×320, etc.)
Cover image: There is no fixed size as it varies depending on the screen size. We recommend avoiding images intended to convey information or images that should not be cropped or stretched.
Height: 328px recommended
Width: 4:1 ratio recommended
Maximum image size: 10MB
Days Off
Go to [Settings] → [Basic Information] → [Days Off] to view your company's days off, and click the [Add Day Off] button on the right to add designated holidays such as company founding anniversaries.
After entering the day off name, you can set whether it allows a substitute holiday and whether it repeats.
[Substitute Holiday Setting]: Determines whether a substitute holiday is allowed when a day off overlaps with a holiday.
If a substitute holiday is set, the next weekday after the designated day off will be set as the substitute holiday. If you want to set the weekday before the day off (rather than after) as the substitute holiday, please change the day off itself, or grant employees a custom leave so they can take time off on a different day.
Click the three-dot button on the right side of the days off list to delete national/legal holidays and designated holidays you have created. However, Workers' Day, which has the [Required] tag, cannot be deleted.
Click the ▼ button at the top to select past and future years to view both the nationally designated legal holidays and your company's own designated holidays.
If you need to set different days off for certain employees, such as foreign employees, click [Add Days Off Type] to add a new type.
After adding a type as shown in the image, you can set the legal holidays and designated holidays for each type.
Company Seal
Click the [+ Register Seal] button to set up your company's electronic seal or upload a seal image. The registered seal will be used on certificates of employment, certificates of career/experience, and electronic contracts.
A registered seal is required before certificates of employment, certificates of career/experience can be issued, or electronic contract requests can be made.
For the seal image, a 1:1 ratio size of 180–200px is recommended.

May 1st, Workers' Day, is a legally designated paid holiday and therefore cannot be modified (deleted) in the flex days off settings. Please note that it cannot be used for holiday work processing, leave, or holiday substitution when configuring settings.
