You can manage employee qualifications and training history through the Growth tab and Training tab. The Growth tab can be used as a positive communication channel to better understand employees and provide opportunities for growth, while the Training tab can be used as reference material to assess what efforts employees are making to improve their competencies.
You need either the [View Employee Training and Competencies] or [Manage Employee Training and Competencies] permission.
Training Management
The Training tab records what training employees have completed, and can be used as reference material to determine whether each employee is receiving appropriate training and what efforts they are making to improve their competencies.
Training history can only be added by administrators; employees can only view their own records.
Registering Training Records
Click [Add Training], then enter the training name, period attended, training institution, online/offline status, training category, and total training hours.
The online/offline status, category, and training hours are used for compiling employee training statistics.
Training Status Statistics
You can check the training status by year in the Training Status tab.
View statistics on how much training was completed by category and the proportion of online vs. offline training, and consider what coaching each employee currently needs.
Hover over the graph to see detailed breakdowns, and use the < > buttons at the top to view records by year.
Qualification Management
Qualifications can be managed in the 'Growth' tab of the employee profile.
You can record and share projects completed after joining, language skills, and certification information.
Employees can proactively fill in their information and use it as a space to reflect on their growth.
Creating Posts
If an employee has participated in a specific 'project' or used a particular 'skill', they can include it in their post.
Any employee can create, edit, or delete projects and skills.
TIP. You can set the visibility of your posts. Register drafts or personal reflection records as 'Only Me', and when needed, expand the visibility to share directly with other employees.

TIP. If you want to manage project and skill lists consistently, we recommend that administrators add a few project and skill options in advance. (My Profile > Growth Tab > Create Post > Enter project name and click 'Add' - the project is added even if you don't save the post.) Employees will be shown recommended projects from people in the same organization and role, or a list of recently used skills for easy input.
Adding Languages and Certifications
Employees can register the languages they speak and their proficiency level.
You can register certification information you have obtained.
Language certifications and general certifications can be entered separately.
When you select a certification name from the list, the issuing organization is automatically filled in.
If the certification you want is not available, you can add certification information through [Enter Manually].

Bulk upload is not available from the user interface. Please fill in the information according to the template below and request it via 1:1 chat, and the flex team will assist with the upload.
