Employee Profile Training Tab

Record and manage what training your employees have completed in the Training tab. This can be used as reference material to determine whether appropriate training is being provided to each employee and what efforts employees are making to improve their skills.

Only admins can add training records; employees can only view their own records.

You need Employee Training and Competency View & Management permissions to view & edit employee information.

Register Training Records

  • You can register the training name, date, training institution, online/offline type, category, and total training hours for each employee.

    • Training name, training date, type, and training institution are required fields.

You can also select employees from the employee list to bulk register training records.

Training Record Statistics

  • Annual training hour statistics are provided in the Training Status tab.

    • You can see training hours by category, online/offline training ratios at a glance, and identify what additional training each employee needs.


FAQ

Can I also see the new information when downloading the employee Excel file or profile?

  • Yes, you can view it when downloading.
