FAQ

Where can I download employee work records?

Go to [Work] -> [Employee Work], click the [Work Record Management] button at the top right, then download employee work records or overtime records as Excel through Employee Work Records or Employee Overtime Records.

For more details, please refer to I Want to Manage Overtime Hours (PC, Mobile, Excel)!

Employees are not showing up in Employee Work.

If employees are not showing up in the Employee Work screen, please check whether the employee has been assigned to a specific [Organization]. Since employees are searched by organization, they may not appear if they don't belong to any organization. Please assign the employee to an organization through Personnel Appointment first, then search!

What does the work hours graph at the top of the Employee Work screen mean?

Please understand each time value in the work hours graph at the top right of the Employee Work screen as follows!

  • The large number on the far left represents total hours worked so far.

  • The number shown in red represents overtime hours.

  • The number shown with a minus (-) represents the remaining time until the maximum allowed working hours. If it shows plus (+) 0, it means all maximum working hours for that period have been used.

What does the flame icon next to the date in Employee Work mean?

If there is a flame icon next to the date in Employee Work, it means the employee worked overtime on that work day!
