FAQ

You need permission to check employee work records.

Only admins with [Work View] permission can view employees' work records. Please refer to the Permission Settings guide!

Is the maximum attendance record report inquiry period 2 months?

Yes, that's correct!

Since this is a feature that downloads a large amount of data at once, the inquiry period can be set up to a maximum of 2 months to provide accurate work records. If the inquiry period exceeds 2 months, please split the period and download separately.

Are clock-in, clock-out, start, and end times all different?

Yes, they are different!

  • Clock-in time & Clock-out time: Times recorded in real-time when starting and ending work (cannot be modified by employees)

  • Start time & End time: Times recorded by manually entering work hours

    • Employees with 'Work Edit' permission can modify these, so start and end times are recorded.

    • Recurring schedules or automatic work settings are also recorded in start and end times.
