If you have the employee payroll information view permission, you can view employees' pay stubs.
Payroll Information View, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Data Management permissions are required.
Viewing and Downloading Pay Stubs
If you have the payroll information view permission, you can view pay stubs that have been processed but not yet disclosed to employees.
Click the [Download] button on the right to download the pay stub.
Downloading Earned Income Certificates
You can download [Withholding Tax Ledger], [Earned Income Withholding Tax Receipt], and [Income Tax Withholding Confirmation for Class A Earned Income].
The history of earned income certificates downloaded by the admin can be found in [Payroll] → [Data Management] → [Issuance History] in the left menu. Hover over the issuance date to see more detailed issuance history.
