Employees can download pay stubs, withholding tax records, earned income withholding tax receipts, and income tax withholding confirmation certificates for Class A earned income from their profile.
On the mobile app, only pay stubs can be downloaded from [More] → [Pay Stubs] tab. Withholding tax records, earned income withholding tax receipts, and income tax withholding confirmation certificates for Class A earned income are not available on mobile.
Download Pay Stubs and Withholding Tax Documents
Click [My Profile] at the top left
Download your issued pay stubs from the [Payroll] tab.
Download withholding tax records, withholding tax receipts, and income tax withholding confirmation certificates from [Issue Withholding Tax] on the right side of your profile.
When issuing the income tax withholding confirmation certificate for Class A earned income, enter the issuance period and reason, then click [Issue].
