Local Income Tax Filing - Workplace Settings

Workplaces must be set up before filing local income tax. If employees belong to different workplaces, you can manage separate workplaces per employee through [Add Workplace]. You need to be granted the [Workplace Settings] permission to use this feature.

Note: These workplaces are only used for [Local Income Tax Filing] and do not create separate workplace designations in employee profiles.

Workplace Settings

  • In the left menu, go to [Settings] → [Workplace Settings] to add workplaces. If the withholding agent information has not been configured, click [Configure] to set up the withholding agent information first!

  • Once the withholding agent information is configured, a workplace is automatically created.

  • If employees belong to different workplaces, you can manage multiple workplaces through [Add Workplace].

  • After entering the workplace name and location, click [Set Assigned Employees] at the bottom right.

  • On the next screen, assign different workplaces per employee, then click [Save].

  • Assigned workplaces can be modified at any time. Click the [Link Employees] button in the upper right to change the workplace assigned to each employee.


FAQ

I completed the workplace settings, but some employees appear without a workplace during filing.

If you clicked Save without assigning all listed employees to a workplace, those assignments will not be saved.

Please assign all employees to a workplace in the workplace settings and save before proceeding with the filing.
